I am a loving wife of over 22 years and a mother of three beautiful girls (ages 24, 21, and 20). As a parent, I understand the importance of the early years in a child's life, which is why I focus on a child - centred approach to childcare. I believe these formative years lay the foundation for a child's future success and well-being.

Each child is a unique individual who will learn and grow at their own pace. With this in mind, I strive to provide a warm, nurturing, and child-friendly environment where children can feel safe, loved, and encouraged to explore their potential. My goal is to support their emotional, intellectual, and physical growth, ensuring they develop their own personalities and talents.

I also believe that children thrive when they are given opportunities to engage with the world around them. Through language stimulation, creative arts, music, and problem - solving activities, I foster curiosity and knowledge.

Whether through structured play or free exploration, my focus is on helping each child build essential skills, from friendships, and learn how to cooperate with others.

In addition to offering quality childcare, I aim to prepare children for the transition to school by providing a nurturing environment where social, emotional, and cognitive development is prioritized. Sharing, teamwork, and enjoying each other's company are key parts of their growth during these years.

I have been providing childcare since 2004 and am certified in child/infant first aid and CPR. I also hold a current criminal record check, and my home is smoke - free with a fire inspection conducted by the City of Barrie.

As a mother, I understand the importance of finding trustworthy, high - quality care for your children. I am commited to offering a childcare experience that I would want for my own children if I were working outside of the home.​​
